Hello un saludos a todos por aquí, ando un poco fuera de mi planificación, creo que tengo un tiempo tratando de ordenarme... Hoy quiero comentar un poco en qué estuve dedicando mi día a realizar contenido para mí canal de TikTok...

It actually took me all day, first I made a script of the things I was going to say, I had already chosen the topic and it was something that I have personally experienced, I have experience and knowledge, and it was about hair growth, since it is something that I have been pursuing since I was 16 and I turned it into a goal that I have been able to achieve time and time again. I want to explain a little how that came about, I always used to cut my hair and as a teenager I didn't wear it very long but I didn't wear it short either, I always used to get my tips trimmed and so on. But during this period of 16 years I began to notice that my hair was breaking from the tips but as I was very young I did not give it much importance, after two years I began to analyze some things about myself and I noticed that my hair had stopped growing and had stagnated, it had remained a few centimeters below the shoulder and I used to wear my hair a little longer than that, the situation began to worry me and that was when I took matters into my own hands and began to investigate, in that time I did everything, and believe me when I say everything, I mean everything, I even tried an onion shampoo, I watched videos of an Indian youtuber. In the end I tried so many things looking for something that would make my hair grow as if by "magic" but that does not exist

Realmente me llevó todo el día, primero hice un guión de las cosas que iba a decir, ya había elegido el tema y fue algo que yo personalmente he vivido, tengo experiencia y conocimiento, y fue al respecto del crecimiento del cabello, ya que es algo que desde los 16 años estuve persiguiendo y lo convertí en una meta que he sido capaz de lograr una y otra vez. Quiero explicarles un poco como surgió eso, yo siempre solía cortar mi cabello y de adolescente no lo llevaba muy largo pero tampoco lo usaba corto, siempre solía hacerme el corte de puntas y así. Pero en este periodo de 16 años empiezo a notar que mi cabello se estaba quebrando desde las puntas pero como era muy adolescente no le dí tanta importancia, al cabo de dos años yo empiezo a analizar algunas cosas de mi y en estas noto que el cabello había dejado de crecer y se había estancando, había quedado algunos escasos centímetros por debajo del hombro y yo solía usar el cabello un poquito más largo que eso, la situación me empezó a preocupar y fue cuando tomé cartas en el asunto y empecé a investigar, en ese tiempo yo hice de todo, y créanme que cuando digo de todo, es de todo, hasta probé un shampoo de cebolla, ví videos de una youtuber de la india. Al final probé tantas cosas buscando algo que hiciera hacer crecer mi cabello como por "arte de magia" pero eso no existe

Today I can give some real tips on what is needed or would help you grow your hair. And throughout these 10 years, I have cut my hair in a Bob style, I have bleached it, I have cut it again and my hair has grown back long again and again because I understood that it was not a magic recipe but little things that we could do daily to help us with this. Hoy, después de tantos años, cabe mencionar que este año cumplo 30... Para que tengan una idea de que me he pasado más de 10 con estos conocimientos. Hoy en día puedo dar unos tips reales de lo que se necesita o te ayudaría a crecer tu cabello. Y a lo largo de estos 10 años, me he cortado estilo Bob, me he decolorado, he vuelto a cortarlo y el cabello una y otra vez ha vuelto a crecer largo porque entendí que no era ninguna receta mágica sino pequeñas cositas que podíamos hacer diariamente para ayudarnos con esto.
