A Receita Federal aperta o cerco aos detentores de criptomoedas, o órgão quer exigir das exchanges, uma declaração mensal com todas as operações de compra e venda de Bitcoin e criptomoedas e, com isso, tentar acompanhar o saldo em criptomoedas de cada usuário. A notícia foi divulgada pelo portal [Criptomoedas Fácil](https://www.criptomoedasfacil.com/), a proposta ainda não tem prazo para ser executada e uma consulta pública sobre o tema foi aberta na quarta-feira passada.

The Internal Federal Revenue tightens the siege to the cryptocurrencies holders, the body wants to demand from the exchanges, a monthly statement with all the operations of buying and selling of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and, with that, try to follow the balance in cryptocurrencies of each user. The news was released by the [Criptomoedas Fácil](https://www.criptomoedasfacil.com/) portal, the proposal still has no deadline to execute and a public consultation on the subject was opened last Wednesday.

A proposta se resume na criação de um "Real Digital", que não teria alguma utilidade inovadora segundo a análise técnica feita por [Fernando Ulrich](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLJkh3QjHsLtK0LZFd28oGg) em seu canal.

Segundo o Guilherme, o governo não teria como saber das transações P2P e, estaria sendo meio que inocente além, de não entender muito sobre o assunto.

Uma coisa é certa e eu concordo completamente com eles mais, uma vez o Brasil arrisca de perder o trem do desenvolvimento com decisões apressadas, sem uma profunda e sábia discussão. Espero que toda essa história seja adiada para 2019 e, a pauta caia na mão de Paulo Guedes que ao meu ver fará a escolha certa. Grande abraço!

One thing is certain and I completely agree with them more, once Brazil risks losing the development train with hasty decisions without a deep and wise discussion.
